Individual Objectives

III. Group 16 Objectives

D. Every Group Member is to Take the Lead

2. Learn to communicate your individual objectives effectively- every group member is expected to outline 1 individual objective for our organization, our team, our group, and 3 personal objectives relative to mastery of Leadership Strategies.

Shoot for the stars, but make them obtainable. :)

    1. Master the ability to effectively facilitate communication
    2. Lead by example and spark the desire for others to take the lead
    3. Learn how to delegate so that everyone has a place in the ultimate objectives and they are able to obtain results

    1. Create organizational unity and motivation
    2 Be willing to take risks in order to attain success
    3. Always keep an open ear to the group and organization
    4. Let nothing stand in the way of achieving my goals.

    - Create a positive working environment for the organization.
    -Utilize others to help make myself more successful.
    -Use good communication skills to make the organization closer and able to work together better.

    1) Help create a more cohesive group
    2) Be a good listener as well as communicator to bring group members together
    3) Provide motivation to team members in order to accomplish tasks successfully
    4) Set high but attainable goals and work hard to achieve them

    1.) Work hard on all assignments in order to help achieve group goals
    2.) Communicate with group members and help when I can
    3.) Be open-minded to all ideas and listen to what each group member has to say.

    That everyone takes an opportunity to apply what they've learned
    Personal Objectives -
    1 - To take the initiative to lead in situations that are conducive to such
    2- To lead more effectively
    3 - To listen and observe effectively so that I learn from both my group members and Dr. Feinberg

    Personal Objectives:
    1. Provide effective motivation when leading people
    2. Be a more confident leader
    3. To be an active listener and have good communication skills
